Discover Ultimate!

There are lots of places all over Victoria where you can learn to play ultimate and join in a game!

You don’t need any special equipment – just wear whatever you are comfortable exercising in (try and have a light top and a dark top with you), footy boots or runners, sun protection (sunscreen and a hat) and bring a water bottle as it can be thirsty work!

No experience is necessary – all of these locations love having new players along to try it out! Coaches are happy to show you the basics, and the players are welcoming and friendly!
