Volunteer of the Month – September 2022
Congratulations to our September Volunteer of the Month, Damon Stevens! His strong leadership at Wyndham Ultimate is helping to promote and grow the club.
From the Wyndham committee, “Damon has been having an impact since the beginning of his term as President. He has a focus on social media presence and has been working hard to keep us active online which has raised our profile in the western suburbs and provided us with media that we have used to better promote our club.
It has culminated in the solo planning and execution of the Wild Wild West tournament (August 20th). The tournament itself was a success with 7 teams and 120 players attending. Damon also used his social media knowledge to promote recent events such as our pre season Hat Night, Bunnings BBQ and our regular indoor season. Having Damon as our president has given us strong leadership in which we will build upon in the future.”
