Congratulations Bruce Huynh, you are Ultimate Victoria’s Volunteer of the Month!

Congratulations to Bruce Huynh for being the March Volunteer of the Month! Ultimate Victoria would like to recognise your coaching contributions across back to back Under 22 campaigns, coaching for Deakin Ultimate, and more recently coaching Spicy Chilly.

From a player, “Bruce is honestly amazing. It’s all the little things that add up and the amount of time and effort he puts into ultimate as a whole – whether to develop players further, plan out sessions, or video himself talking to explain our plays. He even utilised a microphone to record our tournament in order for him to better himself as a coach by re-listening to his audio. I’ve never seen a coach as dedicated as Bruce. On top of our regular training sessions he plans separate sessions with individual players or small groups to really help us grow and improve our skills. He stays back after trainings to make time to talk to us as players to gauge feedback and see how we’re going in life outside of ultimate. And his commitment extends beyond Spicy. He’s also worked with Zesty and Hot to develop certain skills.I’m so incredibly grateful for all that Bruce does and appreciate him so much. I’m sure many players would say the same, and he’s certainly one of the reasons why I love to keep coming back.”

Ultimate Victoria is very supportive of the effort and commitment that Bruce has shown across various teams and clubs. His love for developing the sport is clear. Thank you Bruce!
