Volunteer of the Month – August 2023
Congratulations to our Volunteer of the Month for August, Kathy Ryan from Albury Wodonga Ultimate Frisbee!
Kathy has an great passion and enthusiasm for the sport of Ultimate. She contributes endless hours at during AWUF events helping with registrations, selling discs and drinks, and welcoming new comers to the sport.
Although she doesn’t play herself, Kathy is a huge advocate for youth participation in the sport of Ultimate. All of her kids and their friends have played Ultimate!
Kathy recently joined the AWUF committee and always offers a new perspective to their discussions.
Thank you Kathy for all that you do, you are a valued member of your club and the ultimate community!
AWUF are hosting their Border Hat event on September 23rd and 24th. Registrations are open until Friday September 15th. Their Spring League is also open for new teams and starts in October.
