Congratulations Angus Penney, you are Ultimate Victoria’s Volunteer of the Month!
The first Volunteer of the Month award for 2022 goes to Angus Penney, a very deserving member of the Albury Wodonga Ultimate Frisbee club! Congratulations Angus!
From the words of a fellow club mate, “Angus has kept our club afloat throughout these tough covid times. We were able to host a Hat Tournament, an Indoor Winter League and our Spring League thanks to his leadership and guidance. He has gone above and beyond to keep the club organised and running. He is always looking for ways to get more people involved in Ultimate. Whether it be networking with Ultimate Associations and other clubs or even taking on new tasks for himself. He always strives to make the club the best it can be. Even if it means sacrificing his own time or missing out on playing. He’ll always put the club first and make sure everything runs smoothly. I cant think of a more dedicated and committed person than Angus.”
