The Volunteer of the Month this February goes to Simar Dhaliwal for her incredible volunteer effort during the school holidays, congratulations Simar!
In the words of a fellow club mate, “Simar ran a 4-week youth ultimate program in January, with the aim to get as many school-aged people participating in the program as possible. She was definitely successful, with kids consistently showing up who fell in love with Ultimate and kept asking for more! The kids improved week after week as a result of Simar’s organisation and coaching. She poured a huge amount of time and effort into the program and has probably created the future stars of the sport. What a legend having such a great impact!”
