Melbourne Hat, Melbourne Tournament & Melbourne Masters – December 3 & 4

What’s better than one frisbee event on a summer weekend in the middle of Melbourne? Three events!

The Melbourne Hat is on in December for the 34th year in a row. Running as a one-day event, players register as individuals and are placed in a team for the day. It’s a terrific chance to play with new people and make new friends!

Running parallel is the Melbourne Tournament, a new two-day event for open and women’s teams getting ready for the club season, along with any other teams that want to give it a go. With many Victorian clubs already committed to attend this promises to be a great event!

While we’re on a roll, UV introduces the Melbourne Masters, Victoria’s first dedicated event for masters-aged players (28 and over for women, 30 and over for men). If you’re eligible and have only played league or pickup before, then this is everything you’ve ever wanted in a tournament – shorter games, longer breaks, and no pesky young players getting blocks or goals on you!

All three events running together at the same venue – Albert Park – makes it one of the social sporting events of the year!
