King’s Birthday weekend tournaments

University Alumni Tournament
Saturday June 7th – Royal Park, Parkville
Remember when the most important part of your frisbee career was winning the fiveals of UniNats after a big night out? Well, for one day, you get to do it all again.
The Victorian-based athletes from the national U24 representative teams are hosting this event to raise money for their World Under 24 Ultimate Championships campaign. If you graduated between 1924 and 2024, you’re invited to play, but current university students are not eligible. People of any age and skill level are welcome. If you haven’t run in a while or like to throw shade from the sideline (especially towards Melbourne Uni), this is definitely for you!
Teams will be sent from RMIT, Deakin, UniMelb, Monash, and an interstate/international team. All money raised will go towards the U24s campaign.
You’ll get a uni jersey for the day, a free BBQ, and (possibly) ultimate bragging rights! Come support the U24s and chuck on your uni jersey one last time.
UV Winter Indoor Carnival
Saturday June 7th to Sunday June 8th – Bendigo South East College, Flora Hill
Ultimate Victoria invites indoor ultimate players from around the state to come together for a carnival tournament in Bendigo over the King’s Birthday weekend.
Indoor ultimate teams from different leagues will compete together in friendly competition over two days at the Bendigo South East Stadium, where three courts will give room for lots of games!
Gather up your regular indoor league team for a weekend away!
Royal Masters
Monday June 9th (King’s Birthday public holiday) – Elgar Park, Box Hill North
Eastern Ultimate introduces… the Royal Masters!
But this masters tournament has a catch – your players can be any age as long as the AVERAGE age of your team is a minimum of 35 years old. For example, if you have a player aged 45, you can also have a player aged 25.
If you’d like to play but can’t get a full team together, register as an individual or small group and Eastern Ultimate will endeavor to find a team for you.
Cost is $35 per person, including field hire, lunch, and prizes.
