Setup

Three players per group
One disc per group

Objective

Players have to try and throw around a defender, while the defender has to guess which way the disc is being thrown

Area

Use whatever space is available

Functions

The defender in the middle starts facing away from the thrower
The thrower has to try and throw around or over the defender to the other player
The catcher can only move one foot, but the thrower can throw from anywhere
The defender has to guess where the disc is going and try to knock it away
If the defender knocks the disc away, they swap places with one of the throwers

Safety

Ensure adequate space between groups

How to score: take turns being the defender, and count how many times they can block a throw in a set number of attempts
